Workshop registrations may be purchased online via Paypal or credit card. By registering for the workshops and/or paying any event fee, the participant is agreeing to our terms and policies.
*Participants acknowledge that portions of the workshops, marketplace and performances may be photographed and/or recorded and used for promotions for upcoming events.
*All fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
*Participants release event organizers, venue operators (The Paramount, The Women's Club, Heritage Hall & The Studio, Casa Grande) and instructors of liability for any injury or damage that may be incurred during the event and/or travel to and from the event.

The General Admission Pass will be required for admission to the Women's Club for the Extravaganza and Marketplace. The timeframe for which the pass is valid is 10:30am-4:30pm - General Admission Pass ($10) Workshop participants will receive a free General Admission Pass.
The Evening Gala show starts at 6:45pm. Evening Gala tickets may be purchased online before March 25th, the online price will be $15. After March 25th, tickets will not be available for purchase online. If the event is not sold out by then, tickets may be purchased at the door at $20. Children 10 and under will be admitted free of charge.
ONCE YOU PURCHASE A PASS, YOUR NAME WILL BE ADDED TO THE LIST. PLEASE GIVE YOUR NAME AT THE DOOR, AND A STAFF MEMBER WILL REDEEM YOUR PURCHASED PASS.
