Amethyst Dance Festival β Vendor Opportunities
We are thrilled to offer a limited number of vending spaces at this yearβs Amethyst Dance Festival! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with a vibrant community of dancers, performers, and festival-goers.
Vendor set up:Β 8:30am – All Items should be cleared by 5:30pm.

Approx. 30″ x 66″ (fits a 6-ft rectangular table)

Additional space across the aisle may be used, allowing for creative setups (walkway clearance required)

Located in the lobby of the BlackBox Theater for excellent visibility
π Outdoor Patio Spaces (Uncovered) β $25 + Raffle Donation – SOLD OUT

Raffle Donation Requirement:
All vendors are asked to contribute a raffle item with a minimum value of $20, along with their business information (business card, flyer, coupon, etc.). These items will be featured in our Vendor’s Choice Raffle, helping you gain additional exposure.

Amethyst Dance Festival is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vendor property or inventory.
- Purchasing a spot includes a complimentary Extravaganza pass.Β Any additional vending partners and/or assistants will need to purchase an Extravaganza pass.
