Amethyst Dance Festival – Vendor Opportunities

We are thrilled to offer a limited number of vending spaces at this year’s Amethyst Dance Festival! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with a vibrant community of dancers, performers, and festival-goers.

Vendor set up:  8:30am – All Items should be cleared by 5:30pm.

Vendor Spaces & Pricing:

🌟 Indoor Lobby Spaces – $25 + Raffle Donation – – SOLD OUT

  • Approx. 30″ x 66″ (fits a 6-ft rectangular table)

  • Additional space across the aisle may be used, allowing for creative setups (walkway clearance required)

  • Located in the lobby of the BlackBox Theater for excellent visibility

🌟 Outdoor Patio Spaces (Uncovered) – $25 + Raffle Donation – SOLD OUT

  • Approx. 8′ x 10′

  • Located on the outdoor patio (not covered, vendors must provide their own shade or tent if desired)

🌟 Outdoor Grounds – Front Area – $35 + Raffle Donation

  • Approx. 12′ x 12′

  • Positioned at the front of the venue for maximum visibility

🌟 Outdoor Grounds – Back Area – $35 + Raffle Donation

  • Approx. 12′ x 12′

  • Spacious area at the back of the venue, ideal for larger displays

Raffle Donation Requirement:
All vendors are asked to contribute a raffle item with a minimum value of $20, along with their business information (business card, flyer, coupon, etc.). These items will be featured in our Vendor’s Choice Raffle, helping you gain additional exposure.

Important Information:

  • Vendors are solely responsible for their own business liability and for handling all sales tax obligations.

  • Purchasing a vendor spot signifies agreement to the terms and conditions of the Amethyst Dance Festival.

  • Amethyst Dance Festival is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vendor property or inventory.

  • Purchasing a spot includes a complimentary Extravaganza pass.  Any additional vending partners and/or assistants will need to purchase an Extravaganza pass.

Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-paid basis. We’re excited to include you in the magic of Amethyst!
